Terms for using GL Pro Work as a client or provider.
These terms explain the rules for marketplace requests, provider accounts, client accounts, Estimates, Invoices, Work Orders, communication, files, and platform access.
GL Pro Work is built for trusted local service and clear job communication. These terms are written for the current product and may be updated as the platform adds new provider workflows, packages, and billing options.
Using GL Pro Work
GL Pro Work provides software for clients and service providers to discover, communicate, schedule, document, and manage local service work.
By using the website, web app, mobile app, or related services, you agree to use GL Pro Work only for lawful business and service-management purposes.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GL Pro Work may limit, suspend, or revoke access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused, violates these terms, or creates operational, security, or legal risk.
Providers
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of business profile information, service areas, licensing information, insurance details, pricing, Estimates, Invoices, Work Orders, files, and communication shared with clients.
GL Pro Work does not replace a provider’s responsibility to comply with state, county, city, trade, tax, insurance, and customer-service obligations.
Clients
Clients are responsible for providing accurate request details, contact information, property access instructions, photos, timing constraints, and any other information needed for a provider to evaluate the job.
Submitting a request through GL Pro Work does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, acceptance, or completion of work.
Estimates, Invoices, Work Orders, and documents
GL Pro Work may help providers prepare and share Estimates, Invoices, Work Orders, Change Orders, approvals, files, photos, and related job documents.
Document approvals, confirmations, and uploads recorded in GL Pro Work are intended to document business workflow decisions. Providers and clients remain responsible for reviewing final scope, price, terms, tax, payment, and legal requirements before relying on a document.
Payments and subscriptions
Provider subscription access may be offered through Apple, Google, or other approved billing systems as the product evolves. Trial periods, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds may be governed by the billing provider used at purchase.
Invoices generated by providers remain pending until payment is actually received and recorded. GL Pro Work does not guarantee client payment or provider collection.
Communication and content
Users may not upload or send content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unrelated to legitimate service work.
GL Pro Work may retain operational messages, files, and audit data as needed to support the platform, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and protect users.
Availability and changes
GL Pro Work may update, suspend, remove, or change features as needed for product development, security, legal compliance, operational reliability, or commercial reasons.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
